• The trail is open to all non-motorized users. (Motorized wheelchairs are permitted.)
• The trail is open from dawn to dusk. The trail is closed at night.
• Trail users must refrain from entering posted private property.
• Alcoholic beverages and drugs are not allowed on the trail.
• Vandalism and theft of trail amenities will result in prosecution.
• Reckless use of a bicycle or skates which endangers other trail users is prohibited.
• As a courtesy to other trail users, please refrain from tobacco use while on the trail.
• Pets must be on a leash and under the control of the owner. Owners are required to clean up after their animals. No horses are allowed on the trail.
• Please keep right except to pass.

All riders must wear a helmet while using Newnan Ride.

Riders must follow all traffic laws and regulations while using our services. This includes obeying traffic signals, riding in designated bike lanes when available, and yielding to pedestrians.

Please ride responsibly and be mindful of other cyclists, pedestrians, and vehicles on the Linc. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our riders.

Newnan Ride is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while using our services. Please ride at your own risk.

Please report any suspicious or unsafe behavior to Newnan Ride immediately.

Respect the environment by disposing of trash properly and avoiding any damage to public property.

Any misuse or abuse of our bicycles will result in immediate termination of your account.

Newnan Ride reserves the right to deactivate or suspend accounts of users who violate our terms and conditions.
